Please read these carefully — the person making a booking accepts these terms on behalf of all persons named in the booking.
Important notice: Deposits & tickets are neither refundable nor changeable except where stated by the airline or provider.
When you make a booking with IJ Travel & Tours, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. A contract exists between you and us once we have issued a booking confirmation and received the required deposit or full payment.
Note: If you cancel your reservation, paid deposits are non-refundable. Card processing fees (typically 2–3%) are also non-refundable.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it and let us know immediately of any discrepancy in names, dates, or routing.
Critical: Once a ticket is issued, passenger names generally cannot be changed. Name corrections may incur fees of up to £150 per ticket.
It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport and any visas required for your destination and transit countries.
Important: We cannot accept liability for transit visa issues, denied boarding, or failure to clear immigration. No refunds are provided for missed flights due to documentation issues.
We recommend reconfirming your flight 72 hours before departure. Contact our support team at 0204 584 2433 if you have any doubts.
Baggage note: We do not accept claims for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage — please contact the airline directly. Keep valuables and medication in your carry-on.
Special requests (dietary, mobility assistance, seating) are passed to the airline but cannot be guaranteed.
Recommendation: Book flexible fares where possible, and ensure your travel insurance covers unexpected disruptions.
Compensation for delays, cancellations, or denied boarding is governed by the airline's own policy and applicable regulations, not by IJ Travel & Tours.
IJ Travel & Tours does not accept responsibility for any loss if the airline fails to operate due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or technical issues.
Disclaimer: Our total liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the total amount paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control.

These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
