IJ Travel Tours acts as an Appointed Agent for Brightsun Travel (UK) Limited (ATOL 3853). We arrange travel services on behalf of airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel providers. Your contract for these services is directly with the principal provider.
As an agent, we accept no liability for:
A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required deposit or full payment and issued a booking confirmation invoice.
For most bookings, a deposit of £50 per person is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable except in cases where we fail to confirm your booking.
Final payment is due no later than 10 weeks before departure unless otherwise stated. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking with loss of deposit.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit cards, Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS), and Cash (in-person only).
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Please note:

You are solely responsible for ensuring:
Travel insurance is MANDATORY for all bookings. You must have comprehensive coverage including medical expenses (£2M+), emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, baggage loss, flight delays, and COVID-19 coverage.
Baggage allowances vary significantly by airline and fare type. It is your responsibility to check your baggage allowance before travel. Excess baggage fees are payable directly to the airline at check-in.
Flight schedules are subject to change by airlines. For compensation claims under UK/EU Regulation 261/2004, you must contact the airline directly. We can assist for a £25 administrative fee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government orders, pandemics, or utility failures.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these terms.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR).
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
